A public calendar and iCal feed service, developed by Donnie and a team while he was employed by Region 3 ESC. It's the property of Region 3 ESC. Directors keep updating the spreadsheets they already maintain, and dozens of school districts receive the deadlines in Outlook automatically.

A study tool for Texas school finance: more than 200 questions, each with a source and each answer citing the regulation it comes from. It has a points system and a leaderboard, and staff at an education service center used it to study voluntarily.

A web app syncs a Google Sheet to Google Contacts. It uses fuzzy name matching, and uncertain matches go to a person for review. It's live at contactsync.clapp.me.

A pharmacokinetic dose-planning tool based on published drug-concentration math, with an interactive what-if chart that compares a baseline against an experiment, scores every metric, and recalculates every change immediately.

Audit Helper. An auditor's request list records what was requested but not who on the client side is responsible. Audit Helper adds an owner, an internal due date, and a status to each item, displays those fields on the auditor's own page, and stores the data in a Google Sheet the user controls. The audit firm cannot see the added fields.

Texas school staff have no way to file tickets about the state's web apps. This browser extension fixes the most costly problems in those apps, adding district search in eGrants, an EMAT district switcher that loads the district that was selected, and an optional, time-limited hold on the TEAL session. It's available in the Chrome Web Store.
